Due to recent health codes and other economic conditions, Arvoli no longer offers returns, refunds, or chargebacks for any food items once the sale is finalized. If, however, you received a product from us that was damaged in the mail we are more than happy to resolve the situation at no expense to you. The mail system is currently experiencing major setbacks including damaged and lost packages. If your package has not arrived past it's delivery date, please be patient for this is very common now. After a reasonable waiting period we are happy to ship to you everything you purchased at no expense.
