Returns Policy

 

   We hope you love the items you purchased from us as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items according to our return policy below.  Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged, and these will be clearly noted at the top the product description.

All items must be returned in original condition (un-opened and un-eaten), in order to receive a refund in the original form of payment. Items that do not meet these criteria or returned in un-saleable condition may not be accepted for returns. Customers in the United States must contact customer service within 21 days of receiving the item to initiate the Returns Process and a pre-paid shipping label. Please provide your name, e-mail, and Order ID# in the (Contact Form) or email us directly at ContactUs@arvoli.com. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the items returned in the original form of payment.
